How To Add Tournament Archives (Attending Teams, Schedules/Results, Division Champions, etc.) or Update a Menu Item to Add or Remove sYear.

1. Go to Admin > Advanced Settings > Select Update Menu

   

2. Click to select the menu item you want to update. If you're updating prior year event results (schedules) and there is already a list, but it's not current, you'll click "Add item." To update a menu item to the current year, click the item to update it.

   

3. Previous - results/schedules archive. Once you click add, this is the screen you'll see. You'll add the year, select the page type (SincSports.com Pre-built Page). The list of Pre-built pages then show with a drop-down arrow to open the list. I typed in "Schedules" and it took me right to the Pre-built page I wanted. Click to select. That opens up the information text boxes. This is where you input the year (sYear) to display it on the public menu. In this case, I was adding 2024. Type 2024 in the sYear box. Once you complete all the information, scroll to the bottom of the page and click, "Add."

   

4. To save your changes, click "Add."

   

5. Once all of the missing "Previous" years' pages are added, you'll click the "handle," to move them into the proper order with the most recent at the top.

   

6. Once you've dragged them to the top, you may exit the menu or select another item to update.

   

7. Changing the sYear

   

8. If you want the CURRENT year to display, the sYear must be blank (this occasionally happens when someone adds the sYear to the actual public schedules menu item) - it just needs to be removed to show the current year's schedule. This row/box should ALWAYS be blank UNLESS you're adding prior event items.
