How to change game times in bulk across multiple fields or divisions.

1. In the Scheduling System, under Mass Changes, click Mass Time Change.

   

2. Select the Date you want to change and click "Select Date".

   

3. Check the box next to the fields you want to change. (You can select all or remove all checks with the "Check/Uncheck All" box.) View the current time, and select the new time in the drop down to the right of the game.

   

4. Once you have updated the games you want to move, click "Update Game Times".
