Pick, preview, customize, and copy game schedule templates so you can quickly build consistent schedules across divisions. It explains editing options (swap teams, update details, delete games/rounds), how to modify or delete templates, and how to copy selected templates/fields to other divisions with matching team counts.

1. Navigate to the Scheduling System. Admin > Scheduling.

   

2. Click "Games"

   

3. The Most Popular Tournament templates will show automatically. Click "View" to see the template. *If you are looking for other options, you can filter by groups and games at the top.

   

4. View the selected template and click "Select this format" to assign it to the division.

   

5. To add or delete a game to the template, click "Game Templates"

   

6. To change the schedule, click "Modify Schedule". To remove the template, click "Delete Games".

   

7. Click "Add" to add a game to the template.
