This guide shows how to quickly reduce game lengths and reassign times in the scheduling system during weather delays. It explains where to change game duration for a division and how to use the Grid to move games so they fit the new, shorter slots. Follow it to keep the schedule updated and avoid overlaps. *You can leave the shortened time slots if you are not moving games the following day. If you prefer to change them back later you can.

1. Go to the Scheduling System . Admin > Scheduling.

   

2. To shorten the games, go to Division Set Up,

   

3. Change the Game Duration to the desired new length of time the games will occupy.

   

4. Click the "Grid" button for the 15 Under Boys division.

   

5. You can now click on the games and move them as needed. They will only take up the new game duration you selected.
