How to Set Up or Update Your Lacrosse Athlete Waiver/COVID Waiver

1. Navigate to your tournament home page.

   

2. Click "Menu"

   

3. Click "Website Setup"

   

4. Click "Go to task"

   

5. Click "UPD"

   

6. Enter the birth year of the OLDEST player eligible to participate in your event.

   

7. Enter the birth year of the YOUNGEST player eligible to participate in your event.

   

8. Click "Update"
