Bulk-link coaches to their teams so the scheduler will show coach conflicts and overlaps during game creation. It highlights a key quality-control step—exclude coaches listed on more than six teams and confirm their team assignments with the club first—to avoid incorrect conflict data.

  6. Go through the list and uncheck anyone that is connected to more than 6 teams as they likely don't have the correct coaches entered and it will cause you trouble trying to avoid conflicts for that many teams. You should reach out to that club and be sure they have the correct coach listed to each team. You can then go back later and add their conflicts to the correct teams. Click "Save Conflicts". This will link the coach's teams together so that when you schedule, you will be able to see conflicts and overlaps while scheduling each game.

  7. Now that you Mass loaded the coach conflicts, when you are scheduling a game, you will see all of the games the two coaches have for the game you are scheduling. The Orange will show an overlap, the blue shows the games for the team in the division you are working on and the green shows the other games the coach has.
