Create precise, conditional application questions in your team registration system so you collect the right information and enforce required answers. It shows which field types to use (text, dropdown, radio, checkbox, date, number), how to add options, set character limits, make questions required, and configure age-based bypasses. Applications questions cannot be added once registration opens.

1. Click "Setup Team Registrations"

   

2. Click "Questions"

   

3. Application questions need to be added before opening registration. Click "Add Question".

   

4. Question number - Application questions are typically added as 10, 20, 30, etc., in the event a question needs to be added "in between" at a later time. Input the application number you desire here. Heading- This should be a "subject" line of your question - a general description Abbreviation (example: Competition level could be LVL REQ or LEVEL) Question Text - Enter the full questions that will show on the application.

   

5. Text Box - This is also if there will be varied responses and you don't want to limit the text characters on the team's response. Enter Max Characters in the box.

   

6. Text Line - This is if there will be varied responses (Team Name, Manager Name, etc.) and you'll need to set the maximum number of Characters.

   

7. Drop Down - This is a dropdown list. You'll add the selections for this via Options.
