3v3 Spring Fling

To all Coaches and Team Managers -
Welcome to the 3v3 Spring Fling Tournament. We are excited to have you participating in this tournament. We are looking forward to a fun and exciting weekend of soccer.
All tournament information, including forms and game schedules, are posted on the 3v3 Spring Fling website
If you are not utilizing online checkin, Coach/Managers are to obtain the required documents from the web site and submit them on the on the dates specified. Please visit the website often for tournament updates and other information.
IMPORTANT DATES:
November 28th – Check-in 6:00pm to 9:00pm
TEAM CHECK-IN – CREDENTIALS CHECK:
Managers/Coaches must check their teams Tuesday night.

Required Documents for Check In (All forms are posted on the DOCUMENTS TAB on the website.)
- Player Roster/Liability Release signed by parents (located under Documents Tab)
- Game Cards – Game cards will be generated by the system once rosters are entered and schedules are completed (located under Documents tab) One copy of card will be retained by tournament staff and one will be submitted to the referee at each game.
- Medical Release – Form required for each player.Forms do not need to be notarized.You may use your club form.
