VVSC invites all CSA sanctioned event teams U11 through U15 boys and U11 through U19 girls teams to play soccer in the beautiful Vail Valley and surrounding area of Eagle County.  The 11th Annual Vail Valley Cup Cindy Eskwith Memorial Tournament will be held on October 5-6, 2024 (*some games possible Friday night ,October 4, if agreed to by your team).  All teams will play a minimum of three games
(weather permitting).  The majority of teams will begin play on Saturday morning.  

Reminder: Due to the new rules put in place by the Colorado Soccer Association,  CSA League teams that are attending any in season tournament will need to get any conflicting league games rescheduled in order to attend any tournament.  A reminder that the typical rescheduling window of  a week to reschedule games after the  Fall CSA schedule is posted will apply  in order to avoid the applicable CSA league reschedule fees.

Registration Deadline:  July 15, 2024

U11 - U12: $950 (Credit card fee adds additional percentage)
U13 - U19: $1000 (Credit card fee adds additional percentage)

• Team payments (Once your team has been ACCEPTED into the tournament you will receive an email with payment information) 
• ACCEPTANCE into the tournament will happen after the July 15 registration and sometime after August 1, 2025.

• Official rosters, online check in, will take place online check in process are not needed until two weeks before the tournament aofficial rosters for this tournament will be completed through the online check in platform. Online check will be accessible as soon as you have been accepted into the tournament.
• P1 - P3 teams might be asked to play up a division, depending on teams that have applied for the age group they are in, so that the brackets created are fair and appropriate for all teams. 
• When registering please use the name of your team that is used during League Season (not a shortened name).  You can confirm this by looking at your League Schedule or looking in Playmetrics.  If you are out of state please adhere to these guidelines in reference to your state's League.

       We will not start accepting teams until the beginning of August.  Our tournament sells out every year. Please get your applications in early as we do take into account your application date when managing the acceptance process.                   

PLEASE NOTE: SCHEDULES  ONCE POSTED ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO CHANGE - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP CHECKING BACK FOR ANY MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR "ORIGINAL" SCHEDULE.

Team payments will not be processed until after you have been accepted into the tournament. 

The Tournament Committee (TC) or Vail Valley Soccer Club shall not be liable for expenses incurred by any team or club if the tournament is cancelled, postponed, or suspended in whole or in part due to reasons beyond the TC’s control, No refunds will be issued.  The TC’s interpretation of the rules will be final.  If your team is accepted and later withdraws the entry fee is non refundable unless the tournament director finds an appropriate team to replace you; only then will your fee be refundable at 80% of the total.  Once schedules have been published NO refunds of any kind will be accepted.
