TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Teams will compete in single age groups, with a maximum of eight teams per division. If needed, divisions may be further subdivided to ensure competitive balance.
AGE GROUPS & ELIGIBILITY
Teams will be accepted in the following age groups, based on the Georgia Youth Soccer 2024-2025 age chart:
Under 08 – Players born in 2017 & 2018
Under 10 – Players born in 2015 & 2016
Under 12 – Players born in 2013 & 2014
Under 14 – Players born in 2011 & 2012
Under 16 – Players born in 2009 & 2010
Under 19 – Players born in 2006, 2007 & 2008
The tournament committee reserves the right to combine age divisions if necessary.

Each team is guaranteed three games, with two games on Saturday and one game on Sunday morning. Teams advancing to the finals will play their Championship match on Sunday afternoon.
AWARDS
Awards will be presented to Champions and Finalists in each division.

Teams may pay by E-Check, Visa, or Mastercard. Checks must be received within one week of submitting the application. Once a team is accepted, entry fees are non-refundable. If a team is not accepted, the full entry fee will be refunded.
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
The Atlanta Fire United Hudgens Rec Cup requires Online Check-In ONLY. Teams must complete check-in by Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Each team must upload the following documents for check-in:
Official state association roster
Game scorecards with tournament roster entered for all scheduled matches (including potential semifinal and final matches)
Current validated player pass for each player
Liability Release Form (available on the tournament website under "Important Documents")
Guest Player Form (if applicable, available on the tournament website under "Important Documents")
Permission to Travel Form (for out-of-state teams only)
TOURNAMENT ELIGIBILITY & GUIDELINES
Recreational teams ONLY – No All-Star or tournament teams allowed.
Teams must have participated as a Recreational team during the Spring 2025 season.
A maximum of 3 guest players is allowed, up to the roster limit.
Players must have a current player pass from the Spring 2025 season (no exceptions).
