      BRSC would like to invite you to join us in Baton Rouge to play at the beautiful Burbank Soccer Complex on Saturday, 3/13/21 & Sunday, 3/14/21. This tournament is open to all U9 - U19 Boys and Girls teams, both competitive and recreational.  We look forward to seeing you in March!

      HOTEL INFORMATION:

      PARKING PASS INFORMATION:
      Pre Purchased Weekend Parking Pass: $5.00 per vehicle
      -Parking Passes must be purchased by Team Manager/Coach or Parent Volunteer.  
      -Parking Passes will be mailed to Team Manager/Coach within 24 hours of purchasing starting the week of 2/22/21.  The deadline to order and mail parking passes is Monday, March 8th - 1PM.
      - To order your parking passes you may either call the office during working hours (9-2 @ 225-924-2157) Monday - Thursday & 9-noon on Friday or call 919-417-4073.  There is a $2.00 postage fee applied to all orders.
      -Individual Purchase - Parking Passes may also be purchased at the BRSC Office for $5.00 or at the fields on 3/10 and 3/11 from 5-8 at the back pavilion.
      -BRSC accepts Visa and Mastercard only

      Weekend Parking Passes Passes purchased on-site will cost: $10.00 (Cash only)
      - Parking passes will be sold at both entrances to Burbank
       
      BRSC Terms & Conditions:
      The Tournament Committee seeds each team based on gender, playing level, age group, and tournament experience.  To assist with proper seeding, please complete all of the information requested. Team acceptance is on a first-come, first-served basis.  If we are unable to assemble a four-team bracket in your division, you will be contacted to discuss your options.  If your team is not accepted, your entry fee will be promptly refunded in full.
       
      BRSC will provide full refunds to teams withdrawing before the Application Deadline.  No refunds will be given after that date unless your Division does not materialize.  No refunds, partial or full, will be paid because of matches canceled or shortened due to inclement weather during the event.
