We require Online Check In for all teams.   You may start Online Check In after February 1st (after your team is accepted).  

Please  have the following items available for Online Check In:

1.)  (1) State Stamped Roster (plus 4 Game Rosters from Sinc)

2.)  Players cards (laminated with pictures)

3.)  Medical Release Form (team state forms or the alternate from our website)

4.)  Permission to Travel (if out of state team)

5.)  Participant Survey

6.)  Guest Roster (if applicable)

7.)  Guest Player Cards (if applicable)
